Phase 1 GOOGLE WORKSPACE IMPLEMENTATION FEATURES
You will be assigned a dedicated High Tide Google Workspace Deployment Specialist to handle your full implementation from start to finish.
Smaller implementations can finish in less than a week!
We will connect DNS between host and registrar via Google Sites (if applicable) or work with client’s existing structure to connect with Workspace.
Setup SPF, DKIM, possible DMARC, and various other Email record updates to ensure highest email send/receive success rates with a stern incoming spam filter, while helping outgoing mail not get labeled spam.
Complete setup of included Google Workspace apps: Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Chat, Chrome, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, AppScript, Admin portal and more. Other apps and add-ons apps available upon request and compatibility level: Vault, Sites, etc.
Create, migrate, or recreate all existing user accounts, Groups, and OU's (Organizational Units in Google language) and assign roles accordingly.
Basic Drive setup and directory organization, including transferring all existing digital documents into Drive with appropriate permissions.
Google has nearly every permission option available. We’ll discuss and determine appropriate permission levels to set accordingly.

Google Slides is Google Workspace’s version of the trusty PowerPoint, but far more cloud-friendly.
Comparing the two, we’ve found PowerPoint to be rather clunky, while Slides is more modern and easily sharable, with cooler functionality. Slides is almost like Google Docs, but with more presentation features and themed templates.
Google Forms is like Survey Monkey but easier to use and free with your Google Workspace subscription (just like every Google app shown here!)
Requiring no real technical background, nearly anyone with access to Google Forms can create a logical poll, survey, or questionnaire within minutes. Answers are neatly saved and results include auto-generated visuals like pie charts and line graphs. Data is easily sharable and readily available in Google Sheets for further analysis.
